Why it exists
The EU Packaging Regulation — PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 — has applied since 12 August 2026. Registration is national: country by country, most of them with no minimum quantity, so one parcel across a border is enough to be inside the rule.
But the first letter usually comes from the brand above you in the chain — a spreadsheet to fill in by hand and a declaration to sign: recycled content, country of manufacture, additives, barriers, adhesives, test references. Then the next customer sends their own version of the same table, and the whole thing is typed out again.
A packaging item is written down once, with its weight per unit and where that weight came from — weighed by us, supplier specification, manufacturer's published figure, or an estimate. The report later shows documented weight against estimated, so nobody has to guess how solid a figure is, and an item with no weight cannot go on a shipment at all.
Recipes say which packaging travels with which product, so a shipment needs a count rather than a form. Sending ninety of a batch written for sixty scales it, and says that it did.
The packaging data sheet is an export from data already held, not a retyping into somebody else's template: one row per component, and a column nobody has filled in comes out blank rather than guessed at. The declaration of conformity is issued against Articles 5 to 12 from those same rows, so it cannot contradict the sheet already sent.
Placed on the market is a button — kilograms per material and per country for the period, with reusable packaging held apart from single-use. And a supplier link replaces the attachment: the supplier answers on their own screen, with no account, and what they send lands in the catalogue under their name and the date.
Any manufacturer that puts a physical product in a box and sends it across a border. No certificate is needed, nothing to integrate, nothing to install, no consultant — it stands beside whatever accounting is already in use.
€129 a month, VAT excluded, and fourteen days to try the whole tool rather than a cut-down version. The assistant built into it answers in all twenty-four official languages of the Union, and the manual is open to read without an account.
It does not register you in any country, does not act as your authorised representative and does not pay a compliance scheme on your behalf — those are services, not software. It also does not decide whether your packaging complies: the person whose name is on the declaration decides that.
