A bookkeeper's time goes not into invoices but into chasing documents: which client has not sent what, which payment belongs to which invoice, which month is already closed. That is a list, not a skill — which is why it can be automated.

None of these is a skill. They are all lists, and lists are what software does.
How a system starts
Somebody says how long something takes. Not roughly — with a clock.
We build it for one person and watch whether they still use it in the second month.
Only then does it become a system the others can be given.

Vivifex is a product designer's workshop. Twenty years of work with things that have to be made, assembled and then used by somebody every day — and two international design awards in 2024 for the same way of thinking that is now here.
Software is not screens. It is the same question as in a piece of furniture or a sauna: where will this be uncomfortable, and how do we remove that before anyone notices it.
Record-keeping, reports, assembling documents, deadlines. If the data already exists somewhere, it does not need retyping by hand — we gather it, add it up and prepare it so that all you have left to do is check and approve.
